The publisher has sent two further ideas for the book cover for comment.

Content Is King - the index

Now have the Index. Of course, while not particularly useful without the book itself, I've created a quick HTML version for novelty value (and, of course, it also provides a reference to the range of coverage and inclusions).

Proofs now received and Index to be done.

Just received the proofs for checking from the publisher. Plus the Index has to be created. For the latter, I've commissioned Frank Pert who I sourced via the Society of Indexers.
